Our guarantee covers your FIRST order with us. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on second or any later orders.
Return the original merchandise package along with any unused product. If you have used all the product, just return the empty merchandise packaging.
All refunds will be credited to the card used when placing the order, less any shipping costs incurred by us. For purchases made through PayPal, refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. Reimbursement time to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
